How To Make Passover Rolls?

Difficulty Level: easy      Time Required: 15 minutes to prepare, 1 hour to bake

Here's How:

1. Bring 2 cups of water and 1 cup of oil to a boil. Then let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to cool a bit.
2. Add 3 cups of matzah meal, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2-3 Tablespoons of sugar. More sugar can be added if you want a sweeter roll. Mix well.
3. 8 eggs are needed. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Stir well after each addition.
4. Grease a kosher for Passover cookie sheet.
5. Drop the dough from a tablespoon onto the cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.

Tips:

1. Shape the rolls into different shapes. A round roll for hamburgers and a long roll for hotdogs. You can even put a whole in the middle to create a Passover bagel.
2. Keep plenty of oil and matzah meal in your home during. Kids will eat these rolls up and want more.
3. This roll "travels" better than matzah. Bake plenty the night before your family Passover outing.
